Capacity - how much room this server has

Levels: ok under 70% of the limit, warning from 70%, critical from 85% (settings capacity_warn_pct / capacity_crit_pct). Event-loop lag warns from 50 ms; audio loss warns from 1% of packets. Call and registration limits stay unknown until the load test sets settings capacity_calls_limit and capacity_registrations_limit. Jitter warns from 30 ms, a database write from 25 ms, an AI turn from 4 s, ElevenLabs credits at 70/85% used. The machine is the 5-minute host timer probe (ops/timer-lateness-probe.js): it warns when the host under this VM misses the 20 ms audio timer 5 or more times in 5 s (settings timer_late_alert_per_5s) - that is the host, not the PBX code, and callers hear it as digitizing. The 5-minute health check emails an alert when any level is warning or critical (rehearsed with a labeled TEST on 2026-09-16).
