A number in allowlist mode rings only for callers on its list. With "every number this phone system owns"
turned on, all of your own lines - office, home, cell, every DID - ring through automatically, so a new number you add
is allowed without touching this page. Everyone else goes to the chosen voicemail box (nothing rings, a message can
still be left) or is declined outright. Blocked callers are noted on the call record either way.
