Automatically text a caller back when they reach a missed (unanswered) inbound call — so no lead goes cold.
Texting uses the same SMS provider configured under Voicemail → VM-SMS settings. If that isn't set up, the auto-reply will be skipped silently. Only real external numbers are texted (never internal extensions), and the same caller won't be re-texted within an hour.

SMS Provider — Skyetel
All texting (group text + auto‑reply) goes through Skyetel. After you register 10DLC and create an SMS SID + Secret in the Skyetel portal (gear icon), paste them here with the texting number and Save. Until then, texts won't send.
