🛑 It drafts. It never sends on its own. Every reply below is waiting for
someone here to read it and press Approve. Approving sends it to whoever wrote in — and only to
that address. Rejecting throws it away.

Which mailbox to read
The password never goes in here. Put it in /opt/novare-pbx/.env
under a key name, then type that key name below. Nothing on this page and nothing in the
database ever holds the password itself.
Push call outcomes to the client's CRM
After every call, we can send the client's CRM who rang, what they wanted and
how it ended. Smith.ai's biggest advantage over us was exactly this. The endpoint must be
https://, and as with mailboxes, the shared secret goes in
/opt/novare-pbx/.env — type only its key name here.
