Give a tenant (client account) a read-only portal: call reports, phone status, messages. They can never add, change or delete extensions, SIP or DIDs — that stays with Nóvare.
Client logins enabled Off = clients can’t sign in (admin preview always works). Ships off until you flip it. Preview portal as a client ↗

Config snapshots

A snapshot captures this client’s whole configuration (extensions, numbers, portal settings). Taken automatically every night and before every restore. Restore is safe: it puts snapshot rows back and never deletes anything extra.
